Do you have a physical store I can shop?

We don't have a physical storefront at this time, but our online shop is always open!

You can also come see us at local events and markets. Check our Events page for upcoming events and current pop-up shops in the Mobile, Alabama area.

What size collar or bandana should I order for my pet?

For accurate sizing, please measure your pet’s neck before ordering. Measuring instructions and size charts can be found on our Sizing page.

Do you offer personalization?

We do not offer personalization services at this time.

What are your shipping rates?

We offer $6 flat rate shipping for all U.S. orders under $60, including orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders $60 and over qualify for free standard shipping.

Rates for international orders (outside of the U.S.) are calculated during checkout based on destination and weight of the parcel.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Our standard turnaround time to fill orders is 3-5 business days (this is the time needed to make and pack your items before shipping). Shipping your order will take additional time and is determined by the carrier.

If you are in a rush, it’s best to contact us before ordering to make sure we can meet your deadline.

What is your return policy?

All items in new condition are eligible for return or exchange within 10 days of receipt. Items must be in original packaging with all tags still attached.

Do you do custom work/take commissions?

Yes! I generally have a few spots open every month for artwork commissions. I’m also happy to make any of our dog collars as a martingale-style collar for especially slippery pups.

I don't see my dog‘s breed. Why is that?

All of the artwork on our products comes directly from panels in our original webcomic, The Persnickety Pets. The comic focuses less on pet breeds and more on pet personalities. See if you can find your dog’s personality in one of our 6 dog characters!
